Pros: Lets start with the services and staff. There was simply none who wasnt obliging to help us with anything and as bonus in a good mood. Breakfast is amazing, you have lots of options to choose from. And if there is something running out you wont even realize it and they are already bringing new stuff. Wellness is of course on the same level as the rest. You can choose from three types of sauna - finnish, infra and steam sauna. A bonus is you can chill yourself after a sauna in a ice cold mountain stream. There is also two jacuzzi and a relax zone with always fresh water available. Cons: You cant go here on regular basis because it isnt kind of a budget friendly accomondation. But lets be honest, you get here what you pay for. And the restaurant menu doesnt have a lots of options to dine but that is what menu in a good restaurant looks like.

Even if it is an adult friendly hotel, we had no issue staying with our 8 years old son. We booked an one-bedroom lux suite which suited our needs very well. The suite is quite large and has a large number of amenities, including tea and coffee facilities. We were pleasantly surprised by the sofa from the living room which is very big and comfortable. Breakfast offers a good food selection. Staff is very friendly. The hotel has a room to deposit ski equipment. The ski & aqua-park included passes are very useful. Bus to the ski slopes stops in front of the hotel. There are several very good restaurants in walking distance from the hotel. The spa is a bit small, but you don't need more to relax. We will definitely come back.

Great location if you have a car, you’re pretty much right under Tatra mountains. The whole hotel looked very cozy and clean, everyone was being helpful and friendly whenever we needed help with anything. What I appreciated the most was the food. They have options for vegetarians/vegans as well, (I was overwhelmed to see vegan milk options on breakfast) and literally anything we tried was delicious. Heads up to chefs here! Def coming back next year.

We booked VIP apartment to have nice new year’s eve…wifi in our apartment was not working, we had fireplace but after we made fire (the wood was wet) we had room full of smoke so we had to sleep with windows open - it was winter so u can imagine the night. We had also half board, but after we got served dry salmon on the frozen veggies we decided to talk to management on the next day. Whole day we couldn’t talk to anyone responsible due to event preparations….but we paid 500€ per night!!! We were in VIP apartment…huge disappointment and i don’t care that management will write that they are sorry- in reality they are not because they made no effort to change their client from unhappy to happy one. For that money u can have amazing stay in the hotels here in Jasna such as Druzba or others.

I dont think it is ok in 4star hotel not to have any refreshment during the day at hotel bar or in spa available. In menu they say you can order fresh juices, acai bowl, fresh fruit plate etc. but they never have it available. At bar they only have 2 cakes and thats it. Please check how the service should look like and then charge almost 200eur for room. Terrible.

This was our second stay at the hotel and will definitely come back. The hotel offers a great service by attentive staff, rooms are the nicely decorated. Spa is our favourite part of the hotel, where we always get a great massage. We also love the lobby area connected with restaurant, where we tried both - halfboard and ala carte. Breakfast was fantastic too. I recommend this property to everyone who requeires a higher standard of service and want to spend some time in a great relaxing area of the hotel

Wonderful place by the river with amazing staff from reception via bar, kitchen to spa. You have to bit a “demanovsky pstruh” it is a local fish. Room was very clean - take a apartment Lux or VIP with fireplace. It is a perfect place to chill out and hiking 🥾 or getting off

It is a heaven on earth... everything was just perfect. Room, food, wellness and very friendly staff. The hotel is in a peaceful area surrounded by woods and it has a cozy and timeless design. We loved it and will come back soon.

Great hotel in Jasna, good place to stay and take the local free bus to Ski. Great location, good food and wine selection. Spa was adult friendly, but a little shock when some of the other men did not wear swimmers! Beside that a great hotel and spa.

We have chosen this hotel based on recommendation of our friend for our short stay in Slovakia. However, we were highly disappointed by the quality of service provided. After our arrival at 11:00 we were refused to do early check-in as we were told the hotel is full. After several asks to receptionist and explaining her that wife is sick we were finally allowed to do early checkin. Then we asked for the spa, which we were told would be opening at 4 PM and that we should do the booking then. However, when we have arrived in the evening to the spa we were told it's already full and that we should do the booking in the morning. So we decided to use sauna - but this was out of service! This was enough for us, we didn't want to ruin our stay so we have decided to leave the hotel. However, we were told it's not possible without fully charging for our stay!!! So I have asked to talk to manager and after one hour of waiting we were allowed to move to another 100km away hotel in High Tatras which is owned by the same company. This is definitely not the service you expect from 4 star hotel, so if you don't want to have the same experience, don't go there.

Dear Stefan, Im very sorry for your bad experience in hotel Tri studnicky. However our system shows that we checked you in at 10:50am. regarding to our right where regular check in is from 14:00pm. Because we have a small wellness all our massage tables were at the day of your arrival already full. The finish sauna was out of order and the notice was displayed at our web site and on the entrance to wellness center.
