Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My daughter and I had dinner last evening overlooking the sea. The food was fantastic, local and fresh. Complements to the chef. We would also like to thank Brian and Aaron our waiters for the evening. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience finishing with beautiful desserts. We both look forward to returning

A super hotel with a friendly attentive and first class staff. It must mention the silence and tranquility, the quality of the breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the attention of all the staff. Totally recomendable. I will return as soon as possible.

We had a really great time for our large family gathering (25 people) at the Celtic Ross in early November. The hotel's lay-out is great with lots of meeting nooks scattered on the ground floor to accommodate little and large groups. It's very relaxed and the staff are so helpful and laid-back. Front desk and bar staff are especially good. The only area for suggested improvement, staffing-wise, would be the restaurant staff - they are all so pleasant, but lack knowledge of the menu, the need to replace cutlery and water and a little slow and disorganised with the orders. Nothing some additional training won't fix, and they are so pleasant in manner that we still thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The savouries were very good, the desserts less so but overall fantastic value. Our large group of 25 were so well taken care of with a dedicated area for our evening meal. The rooms are fab - really comfy, clean beds and bathrooms and very quiet (we were at the back of the hotel). We feel from reservations to check-out that we were so well catered for, the value is exceptional and the staff absolutely lovely. WIll definitely be back!

It is a nice hotel. Staff are friendly. The food is delicious. The room was clean with a firm bed. I would suggest that they consider restocking their brochure panel. We were there to do the Michael Collins tour and there were no brochures available. The beach is about a mile up the road and was beautiful. Overall it is a good place to stay and their price was good value.

From the time I checked in to checking out staff were absolutely lovely. Hotel is in a lovely location. The only thing I had a problem with was the Wednesday the hotel had band’s playing and customers parked in electrical car charging location which weren’t electric cars. There was one space left out of the 4 electric spaces left but was unable to gain access to it as there was a car parked in the yellow box close to it so I couldn’t charge my car as it was blocking access to it. Other than that I highly recommend to stay in this hotel.
