On arrival for a family wedding there were no rooms ready for immediate family. More disappointing that despite previous notification there was no wheelchair accessible room ready for the Grooms mother until after the wedding, the staff seemed very inexperienced. We asked where the nearest w/c accessible toilet was and the response was " I think it's upstairs" .. As we went to our room after the wedding we were locked out, the porter tried to help but told us the door was locked from the inside despite us having both keys outside and my partner hadn't even set foot inside as we didn't get our key till late. After more than several attempts were made the manager got involved, yet offered zero help and when the porter finally got us access the manager never apologized and just shrugged his shoulders and walked off leaving the only helpful person to offer apologies (the night porter) Disappointing for a hotel of such a high calibre to treat guests this way. There were also stains of not a nice nature on the sheet of the main bed which the was replaced the following morning.

We stayed as a night away with friends. Room was very spacious and clean but decor basic and didn't have a luxurious feel to it. That said for the price we paid we were more than happy. The staircase in the lobby was impressive although carpet let it down as it was worn and torn in a few areas. Staff were very pleasant. Food was excellent we had lunch. Unfortunately we missed breakfast as we presumed it would be served until 10.30 maybe 11am given that it was the weekend and a Sunday morning but it was finished at 10am maybe we should've thought to ask but guests should be informed of this on check in I feel.

We had a 1 night stay in the Westgrove, everything was amazing. Rooms were big and spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff were helpful, courteous and welcoming - it is impossible to highlight any one member of staff as they were all so friendly. We had dinner and breakfast and the food was delicious and of a high standard. Clane is a lovely place with nice shops and bars and there is a beautiful walk by the river. We had a relaxing stay and we will be back.

My sister and I have stayed in the Westgrove twice a year since 2017 (bar lockdown) and every time it has been excellent. We stay in one of the apartments and the beds are comfortable and everywhere is spotlessly clean. The staff are professional and friendly both at the reception desk and in the restaurant where the food is of a high standard. I would recommend the Westgrove Hotel to anyone and we have already booked for a return stay in November.

We had a lovely stay on Saturday at a family wedding. Unfortunately I found the bar staff on Sunday evening very rude which was a pity as we had a lovely time other than that Don’t know if I wud return.

Had a pleasant stay on the 7th May with my son while attending a motorsport event at nearby Mondello Park. Great underground parking at the hotel with a great welcome at reception. Very happy with the room also which was nice and clean with everything as it should be. Large and tasty breakfast next morning kept both of us going for the day. Shopping centre right next door to the hotel was very handy. We would have loved to use the pool but were too tired after the day's events. An excuse to stay again which we hope to do in the future.

I have stayed here before and loved it but totally different this time . First of all on arrival the reception staff were rude and impolite. The hotel itself is like a maze stairs everywhere so not accessible at all for elderly or people with walking disability .I always complimented this hotel for food but not now the food was bland and tastless . So I don't think I will be rushing back .

Was here for a wedding and the rooms were lovely, grounds were lovely, food was insane, couldn’t fault the 5 courses we had or the brekkie the next day. There was a girl serving our table (5) and then again at the breakfast the next day and she was great, raging we didn’t get her name to give her a review ( petite girl with long blonde wavy hair ) she was brilliant.
