Our room was robbed - a phone and computer taken off the desk by the sliding glass door. The security team and police eventually responded but the hotel management basically ignored the fact that we lost a valuable phone and a computer. This was not handled in the premier customer service fashion I am used to at St. Regis properties....

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. Not only because the rooms are well appointed ( the shower is huge!); but it is the attention to detail that makes this resort extraordinary. From an eyeglass cloth to insect repellent in the room, they cover all the bases. The staff truly go out of their way to help...

Sadly it rained our entire trip but even so, our stay was excellent. The level of service exceeded even my picky self. We rented a car from airport which we were glad we did and drove to property, a fairly easy drive. Excursions cost an extra $50-60 pp if you don't have a car) plus, although a well stocked mini...

Stayed on this Hotel for a weekend with my wife to have time to relax and recharged our batteries and couldn't choose a better place. The hotel is secluded from the rest of the island. It is a completely peaceful and layback ambient. Since we arrive to the property everyone was very warm and friendly. We received royalty treatment all...

The resort is beautiful and the staff are very polite. However, the restaurant selection is not good. The food in the Fern and the Beach Club is a little bit too clever and fancy and gets tiring, but the food in Seagrapes is not that great even for a kid friendly restaurant. The breakfast buffet in The Fern was nice...

We spent 3 nights at the St Regis earlier in the month. It is about a 40 minute or so drive from the airport, partially on a 2 lane road that is a little scary. The hotel is set up with a series of buildings with 24 or so rooms per building all connected with wooden walkway to the pool...

My girlfriend and I had such a relaxing time that we did not want to leave the resort. Great location, absolutely beautiful property, the service was 5 STAR- James the General Manager and David Verdejo went above and beyond to provide the best service and experience at the St. Regis. It has been 2 months and we are still talking...

Unfortunately, we visited during a time when the property was practically empty. The resort is very far away and secluded. There is nothing close by which makes you a hostage of the hotel. Food and drinks are outrageously expensive and the food quality is just so so. We had a suite which was well appointed. The master bathroom was luxurious....

disgusting butler service, breakfast is poor, dirty beach ... in service had the feeling that I'm in a hostel, not a five-star hotel! I think the hotel management need to visit the Resorts of San regis around the world and draw conclusions ...

We just got back after staying here three nights. It's so easy to get to, maybe 30 minutes form the airport. The St. Regis is a very beautiful property in a lush, rainforest setting. My husband and I felt the service was a ten and the food at the three restaurants was excellent! The pool is very tropical and beautiful...
