So about 5 months before we arrived at Plantation Village i had emailed them asking a few questions. To make a long story short, after multiple emails back and forth, i finally got an email answering my questions. They will not let you upgrade, so good luck trying. The only person who was decent to me and my family was...

All things considered, for a Vacation in the Grand Caymans I think this is a pretty good value. Obviously not 5 star but...the condo with kitchens and two bedrooms are great for families wanting to balance eating out and cooking in. There are a couple good quality, large barbques at the front of the property - ideal for family outdoor...

Well to start out we traded a week to stay here with our timeshare. Nowhere were we told about the $165 fee that we would be charged for the "utilities". This is something that everyone should know before they get to the resort. Next thing is the front desk. Friendly people but not very willing to allow you to change...

Stayed for a week in October 2012. First, after paying to rent a two bedroom unit, I was charged an extra $165 when I arrived that was totally not expected. When I asked the front office about it they said it was for electric, tax, and other room fees not mentioned when I made my reservation. My friends stayed at...

Wonderful place to stay! Right on the beach with easy access. When we were there a previous storm had wiped out most of the beach and only a small portion was left. However, walk about 100 yards and there is more beach!!! Great rooms and good service. Large kitchen and large bedrooms.

We love Plantation Village. Nice condos, friendly staff and beautiful grounds but three weeks before we left for Cayman, tropical storm Debbie brought waves that washed away 150' of beach. The resort is left with about 200sq.ft. of beach in one corner of the resort. With that said, we still had a great time and hopefully the next storm will...

My wife and I just completed a seven day vacation in Cayman with six members of our family, including two teenage sons. Our family vacation at Plantation Village was absolutely perfect. The 3BR condo (unit 28) far exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful week there on seven mile beach at the resort. The Condo was beachfront (as requested...

I stayed here May 5-12 on a sisters/sister in law trip. It was my sister in law's timeshare exchange for a 2 bedroom 2 bath. The 2 BR/2B units are in the front of the complex, so there is some traffic noise. We had the first floor unit with a nice screened in patio, close to the pool. There is...

Plantation Village is like a little community on Seven Mile Beach.. The resort features three bedroom villas centered around a small, well landscaped path that leads to the beach. Likewise, there are two bedroom villas clustered around the back pool. It an easy stroll to the beach from all the villas. The resort is well run. The facilites are clean...

We spent a week here the first week of Nov, 2011. I agree with others that the beach at this hotel pales when compared to others nearby, but you must consider Mother Nature, who stole quite a bit of it, and I am told that It will come back due to nature and man made efforts. We found this hotel...
