Great Premier Inn staff but the Beefeater food and service let this Premier Inn down a bit. Too few staff meant that our evening meal was sat under the heat waiting to be served for too long and no one seemed to know what the meal deal (breakfast and dinner) included. Nice room though and good Premier Inn people.

Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet at night (despite the proximity of the A31 and the hotel being relatively busy), extremely reasonably priced (about £130 for a family room for two nights) and friendly staff. You can't go wrong. You CAN go wrong, however, if you choose to eat at the Beefeater 'restaurant' adjacent to the hotel. That poor young couple...

We stayed for one night before moving down the road to continue our holiday great location for a hotel with a pub and sainsburys very close by and it also very easy to find very warm welcome and friendly staff member on check in and check out.

Premier In Ferndown was very easy to get to. I particularly liked the easy on line check inn. Helpful courteous staff. Room clean tidy quiet & decent. Food next door was reasonable not brilliant, but value for money.

We had to attend a funeral at Poole Crematorium and because it was late in the afternoon, decided that after mixing with family for eats and drinks, it would be easier for us to stay overnight. The wake was being held at the Smugglers Haunt in Ferndown and there was a premier Inn attached to it - this was perfect...

It may have been unusual, but the noise inside the hotel was unacceptable, the bed was very squeaky, even just getting out caused the bed to screech. The road noise is unavoidable, as the hotel is on a busy road

Difficult to speak bad of Premier Inn, they consistently do as they say , provide a clean comfortable bed for a night or two, no frills at reasonable price. Breakfasts can be hit or miss, so decided to miss on this occassion

Overall the stay was pleasant and the staff helpful. Would not recommend the Smugglers Haunt, food not up to par and staff some were rude, and others just didn't have a clue when asked about the meal deals.

Family room massive, clean and spacious, bed totally comfortable, could easily stay longer! Only down fall no service on mobile, which caused problems trying to message friends and family. I didn't eat breakfast however I'm aware excellent too. Well done premier inn, I'll be vack👍

First time staying in a Premiere Inn. I was surprised at the high quality of the room for the low price I paid. I stayed in a family room with my three children, who after the excitement of staying in a hotel, did settle and slept comfortably all night. The room had soft towels, very clean, comfortable bed, powerful shower,...
