For our first ski holiday as a family we chose to drive up to Trysil from Sweden. The hotel is ideal for those with kids. Checkin was smooth although there was no explanation of the facilities like ski lockers, pool access, or ski rental which I had to ask for each time we

When we stayed there this year the hotel did allow non residents to use the pool but I can’t recall the charge.

Hi Pizza cost 175,-. Buffet cost close to 300,- - all NOK Burgers are 180,- ( big burgers - beef ) All in NOK. They also have a bowling hall with a simple restaurat that also serves burgers etc. There is grocery shop cross the square but there is not a mini kitchen in the hotel rooms. But I guess that some also bring inn food to prepare bread +++
