I was so Blessed to have stumbled across this hidden gem. The previous reviews are so accurate and more in every way. The attention to detail, in every aspect is second to non and nothing is too much for this, ‘Hostess with the Mostess’. A delectable guest house and gardens, not many, including your superior hotels can match. Our only regret, was having to check out so soon. We will be back Mandy and thank you for your impeccable hospitality ❤️

Our second time her and we were absolutely delighted with everything, including the attention paid to covid safety. Covid has meant a temporary end to the 'help yourself' part of breakfast and the introduction of absolutely fabulous 'breakfast starters', see photos. We stayed 4 nights in two rooms (we knew beforehand that we would have to do that). The whole experience was absolute luxury, cannot be faulted in even the smallest respect. Very much looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much Mandy

There are not enough superlatives to describe the experience of staying at this sublime guest house. I have never felt so cosseted in my life. The house is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous, luxurious and very well appointed; the hospitality 'trays' are unbelievably well stocked. Delicious baked goodies every day and fabulous toiletries (I'm now addicted to pillow spray, which I didn't even know existed!) and the breakfast is just to die for. Mandy is the most warm and welcoming of hosts and she and her team are doing a superb job of adapting to the current measures necessary at this unusual time. I did not want to come home and I'm counting the days until I can go back!

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay at Fairfield House, Warkworth. The breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice and freshly cooked. It really was delicious the best I have ever eaten. After our walks along the amazing Northumberland coastline, we had biscuits, tea, chocolate and coffee with fresh milk or UHT and different homemade cakes each day in our room. There was a bottle of water in your room which was replaced daily (Nice touch) our room was spacious, with fresh towels, dressing gown and overlooked the beautiful garden. Warkworth is a pretty village and Northumberland and its coastline are truly beautiful. Mandy is a Great host and certainly knows how to run a B & B. Would we return? The answer is a simple YES can’t wait to return.

Our friends booked Fairfield Guesthouse for my 60th birthday and it was a lovely treat . On arrival Mandy met us and showed us to our rooms which were absolutely stunning the views from our friends room of the gardens was amazing. We had a front room view which was of the surrounding countryside and what I noticed most was the peace and and quiet. The breakfast was delicious ( just too much) but shouldn’t complain. We felt very safe and the room was immaculately clean just loved the toiletries. The house is very beautiful and all the decorations are in keeping with its age. I would recommend a stay here if you are looking for a stay in Walkworth. Thanks Mandy
