As a regular visitor to the Isle, we always look forward to paying Alistair & the team a visit. Ok, it's now the only pub / restaurant in the village but still gets our vote. He now selling beer from his own micro brewery and it's not hard to see why he's always winning CAMRA awards. The restaurant offers an...

We stayed 3 midweek nights at the Steam Packet and had a lovely stay. The staff were nice, the bar was a big draw for us and stocked good ales and craft gins. Breakfast was huge and saw us through the rest of the day! The location is wonderful, the village itself is very pretty and it's a good base...

Why s should I tell you about the freshly cooked sausages...

The food is freshly cooked and good portions at a reasonable price. A 4 cheese, 3 meat plough mans was £8.95, scampi about...

Great position on the harbour. Efficient friendly staff. Excellent food with good choices. Superb range of beers, wines and spirits including their own micro-brewery ales which are spot on. One of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. Go there, you'll be glad you did.

Set on the harbour of this delightful little fishing village, this hotel is the heart of the community and a lovely place to stay. The restaurant serves good food, reasonably priced. On Sunday night we were treated to a group of locals playing traditional instruments and singing - really great.
