My wife and I hand a nice noontime meal at The Painted Lady this afternoon in Myrtle Creek. In the British tradition, "high tea" is normally served as a snack between lunch and dinner. We chose to have the Queens Tea meal at noon that included English Tea, chocolate covered strawberries and chocolate covered orange slices, cucumber sandwiches, egg salad sandwiches, and tea cakes. For desert we had strawberry ice cream and oreo cheese cake. It was delicious! Each room has a theme, and are decorated with many different kinds of paintings. The room where we ate was called "The Blue Room" and had many paintings of old sailing ships. We will definitely go back! Maybe we will stay in one of the rooms at there B&B.

We’ve stayed in about 100 bed and breakfasts over the years, you wont find a cuter place or a better breakfast. Extremely clean, every attention to detail, high-quality throughout, Wendi was a delight. World Class breakfast served on antique China. Yum!

Wednesday through Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM make sure to visit their restaurant and tea room in the same beautiful Victorian home.

What an unexpected treasure The Painted Lady B&B turned out to be. We were traveling home to Portland after 10 days on the road and realized we were just too tired to continue. We were so fortunate to find this lovely B&B tucked away in Myrtle Creek, Oregon. Everything was so comfortable, beautiful, full of charming details, and provided just the respite we needed. Wendi is so delightful and makes you feel so welcome. Our experience could not have been better. We left the next morning refreshed by a great night's sleep, a scrumptious breakfast, and our soul's warmed by her beautiful fellowship! It was truly a 5* experience! We will be back, and next time to enjoy her tea room too!

We picked this place to stay on our trip to the Oregon Coast because they offered tea! (Note, not just the hot drink, but little sandwiches and fruit and finger foods and all sorts of delicious things). We are really glad we stayed. The food was delicious, and the beds were comfortable. We were the only ones staying that day, and it was great! There was a full kitchen for us to use as well.

One note: The bathroom is at the end of the hall, and I believe that all three rooms use the same bathroom. Since we were the only ones there, that wasn't an issue, but if the inn is full that may make things a bit busier.

I would definitely recommend stopping by, either for tea if you are passing through, or to stay if you would like to check out Myrtle Creek or the two covered bridges. It's a really pretty, quiet area. Next time, we might stay a couple of days and check out more of the pretty creek area, maybe with a picnic lunch. Plus, our room was really nice and comfortable.

Thank you so much for this amazing review. Rarely do we have more than one couple/family stay the night so it is not usually a problem. We are looking into adding another bathroom upstairs as well. We would love to have you again and we appreciate your support!

Wendy was an amazing hostess to these two weary travelers wrapping up a week of touring the coast. Took a chance on this tiny little town, and it paid off. Luck was on our side, as our visit coincided with the annual Summer Festival, so we had a front row seat to the fantastic fireworks from the balcony. The Selig Room was phenomenal, with so many intricate details and an amazingly comfortable bed. And to top things off, the breakfast was truly a culinary feast.
