Staff and room was great ! The pool area was disgusting ..hope someone takes care of that !! I called the manager asking for partial refund he was slightly rude..the local health dept was notified. I have a three year old who of course wanted to swim. Its sad to pay 132 dollars to swim in a nasty pool.
Nice hotel, we had a overnite stay while our son was at a baseball camp, he enjoyed the indoor pool, since it is winter and it was pouring the rain. The front desk was helpful with best pizza places to order from and other restaurants in the area. The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The shower talks when the water is on, it makes a whistling noise lol. We will stay here again if need be.
We had to stay here while our house was under repairs. I think the Holiday Inn is the best option in Campbellsville. Very nice staff. Ashley at front desk was very helpful and nice and Brandy in the breakfast area was very helpful and nice. Thanks for giving us a great stay. The pool was too cold but the kids didn’t mind.
The stay was awesome our cooks name was jesse was great I loved the eggs and omelets I would greatly recommend this hotel for anyone around campbellsville kentucky because Jesse was awesome and it has a exercise room and pool for the kids and family. I love the food and the beds were comfortable
My husband and I have been together for 20+ years and we just wanted a weekend away. We reserved the jacuzzi suite for one night and I wasn't sure what to expect from a Holiday Inn Express for $150/night. We were very happy. The room was large with very high ceilings and was very clean. All the linens were clean and the room was well stocked. It was quiet and we really had a peaceful stay. We liked it so much that we will reserve a room here again. The staff were very nice and no one bugged us. There is an indoor pool but we didn't use it. It looked nice, though. The breakfast items were good. We will be returning.
