I was able to get a much better rate first off by using a booking app rather than the price given by hotel same-night on the phone. Front desk was friendly but not accommodating, considering they were slow and not expecting many more same night walk in reservations. Asked for the room to be switched from double beds to one single bed -- they denied my request unless willing to pay more. Requested late checkout (one hour) -- they denied my request without being personable or accommodating at all. The housekeeping staff knocked only door twice in the morning prior to the stated check-out time (11am) to clean my room, rather than having a better system of knowing when the guests have already checked out or waiting until after 11am. It was a disturbance and not organized.

Website says pools open, but the pool is closed for maintenance. Coffee machine in room looked like its never been cleaned so I did not want to even risk making coffee. I like that they offered "breakfast bags" since the hot breakfast stations are no longer offered, you submit your order the night before. DON'T order the breakfast burrito. Looks questionable and I would not feed that to my kids, not knowing the quality of the ingredients.

Beds and pillows VERY comfortable, I had a great sleep. TV, fridge, desk, and lots of lighting in the room. Try to request a room not on the first floor so you window isn't on the ground floor of the parking lot. Location is close to stores, restaurants, gas stations etc. Access to vending machines and self-pay laundry in the main areas. NO water fountains.

This hotel is nothing like it is described! The rooms are tiny! There are drug addicts, homeless people, and prostitution happening everywhere surrounding this property! It’s not safe after dusk! After complaining to the Management... we were offered a “Free Swim”... Pool hours were changed after complaining to offer more time open! They were only open 4 hours of the day previously! The Holiday Inn Express across the street was a “Covid Hotel” for the homeless and those people are still wandering the area 24/7! The rooms are cheap for a reason! It’s not safe! It’s not clean! It is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my 50 years of travels! And the Manager (Chris) refuses to correct the problems! DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Your experience will be a memory that will never be forgotten... and not in a good way!!!
Rating this a -10!!!!!

dissaponted in the smell of the rooms and hallway, there was a nasty odor in the hallway and elevator our first night, had to block the room door with a towel so that it did not enter the room.. It was supposed to be a non-smoking hotel however not sure what was happening in other rooms. Also, LOTS of dogs this stay and I am allergic :( Would have been nice to know this when I was booking a place. The pool was very small for the kids.

Check in was quick and we arrived at our room. Everything was just right.
Had another reservation for the next day for my daughter and her family as we were attending a family wedding celebration.
Upon their arrival it was a quick check in and their room was great also.
Didn't understand why bananas were not offered at breakfast til we talked to the clerk and she explained they always had leftovers that they had to discard so they opted for other fruit.
Lots of choices but eggs got old quick as we were there for a week. Hardly any danish or pastries as it was a busy weekend and they went quick unless you were there at opening.
Nice area outside that we were able to walk around and kids had a blast on swing sets and other things in the play yard. Pool was great when we used it 3 times. Nice hot shower to rinse off before and after using the pool.
Hallways and doors opening and closing constantly after midnight several nights kept us awake. Elevator had to be rest at least 5 times that we know of, different times during the day and night.
Great area to have guests come in with our own food, also the laundry room and vending machines and microwave if you room didn't have one.
Felt comfortable and would stay here again.
Love the openness and friendliness of the clerks we talked to, very helpful with some other problems with our next stay due to a flight cancellation at another comfort inn closer to the airport.
Could use some updating as some things just didn't work-electric sockets, USB connections, wifi was good most of the time it was used.

We were located on 1st floor convenient to outside doors. Our room was clean, spacious and very nice. Breakfast offered us good choices since we are on keto diet. We used the pool a couple of times/ It was clean and comfortable temperature.
