The staff were lovely, the rooms were large and clean with good facilities such as TV, fridge, air conditioning and kettle.

nice
situated on the outskirts of gweru there is little noise . even though along main road to harare noise cant be heard because road far. it has onsite standby generator and free wifi. the rooms are great and very comfortable . has parking next to every room . on the downsize your restaurant did not have some stuff which is on booklet menu. and guys do something about change issue. had to sleep on an empty stomach because you could not get change . guys this is an easy fix. anyway nice place guys keep it up .

Pleasant surprise
We were tired from a long trip and were looking for an overnight rest place in Gweru . The village lodge gave us that rest.
Good dinner in a thatched restaurant, Chinese food also available, sadza too. The heater in the dining was a plus in the cold area of Gweru.
However because of the bar we were disturbed just after midnight when people were making noise past our room . We concluded the people were coming from the bar.

Still in great shape
Service delivery is still as great as ever despite recent economic turbulence in the country.

Great reception

Great food and room service.

Linen may need some reinvesting in.

Safe parking spaces and a tranquil environment

Does The Job
First time and check in took very long the person that took me to my room didn't have keys had to wait while she went back. Rooms are ok though a bit dark. All essentials are in though tv, fridge. Staff are helpful though. Sleep quality ok too

Refreshing , Excellent Business Environment
It was a business trip , where I had to spend the greater part of my time in the conference room . The environment is good for conferencing . And there are very spacious rooms for individuals , family and couples . It is very accessible very close to the Harare - Bulawayo road . You can get there easily by public transport and your own transport .
