Customer service was excellent from the beginning of our stay to the end. Everything looked just like the pictures I saw on the website. Our room was nice a cool when we got there. The pool was cool and clean. There was a small laundry room area on site (coin operated machines) and that was excellent since I had to wash a baseball uniform that night! I think that breakfast could have been a little better, but there was plenty of variety and food to eat. I would definitely stay here again.

I haven't complained about some of the issues I have had this stay. I have stayed in this motel before with no problems, this trip hasn't been up to expectations. I suggest getting a room toward the rear of this place to avoid interstate noise. Also, if you get a smoking room expect to have bedspreads with burn holes in them! Even though you may be a more careful smoker that would appreciate covers without holes! Also I encountered a spider in my room this morning! Mildew around the edges of my tub! I usually get better rooms. The staff here is very friendly, & helpful. I think they would move me if I asked. I just like being so close to the pool!

We prebooked a non-smoking room for one night. We arrived an hour early, they had our room ready. When we opened door it smelled of smoke. We went back up front, the computer system put us in smoking room, their front desk clerk was super nice and got us in a non-smoking room quickly. We got to 2nd room and it was great. Clean, beds were comfortable. We spent part of the rainy afternoon in the indoor pool with our granddaughter. It was a very nice temperature and pool was very clean. The free continental breakfast isn't much. And I do wish they provided more than 2 pillows per double bed. But hotel was quiet, clean, nice updated bathroom. Staff was friendly. For $70 it was great!!
