Where do I start.. UNREAL !!! I took my fiancée away for her 30th birthday and this was an amazing place to do so. The hotel is beautiful. It’s kept very clean and tidy, the staff are very welcoming and friendly, they catered to our every needs and went above and beyond for us. There was a certain young woman who put a lot of time and effort into making my fiancée’s mocktails (we’re pregnant) and listening to what flavours she likes and dislikes, thank you. The food is 10/10, the staff 10/10, location 10/10 and the Samphire Suite we stayed in was amazing. Overall such an amazing experience and we will be returning 100%. Thank you Norfolk Mead Hotel.

We stayed for one night during the first weekend since reopening after the second lockdown. We booked the Chanterelle room, which was just gorgeous - lovely comfy bed, fab shower, and a really nice view. We ate in the restaurant which was absolutely delicious, a good selection on the menu and everything we ordered was sooo good! Likewise with breakfast in the morning. The staff were some of the best we've ever encountered, so friendly, efficient and welcoming. The covid rules were followed to the letter, so it all felt very safe. Can't thank them or recommend the hotel enough!

Stayed in the smaller and more affordable horseradish room in attic but even this room was well furnished and comfortable but slightly smaller than we would have liked but more than happy and provides a perfect excuse to return and book a larger room....food was amazingly high quality and very good value and the afternoon tea we enjoyed was one of the best we have ever experienced....the staff were extremely friendly and attentive and made us feel that nothing was too much trouble...location was perfect and we had a truly wonderful stay and we cannot wait until we return.

Just stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The staff are absolutely delightful and incredibly helpful. They are working their socks off but still manage to make one feel that they have lots of time for the individual. The breakfast is fabulous and the evening meal is full of lots of different flavours and beautiful served.
We had a luxury room which I feel was bit of a misnomer. The room was definitely quirky, but not really for anyone with dodgy knees. The loo was tiny and indeed, I banged my head on the door the first timeI went in there. Every time one sat down, sideways to have room for the legs,it sounded as though the loo was coming off the wall, and there is no separate light for the loo. Not sure I like a bathroom that doubles as a lounge.
But the bed was amazing and the bedding even more so. Would have liked to take both home with me. The room was warm and cosy, if odd.
I would certainly stay there again but absolutely NOT in that room.
Oh,and my husband and I both had a treatment before we left and that was lovely too.

Fantastic overnight stay. Beautiful location with wonderful grounds and outlook. The staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was pleasurable irrespective of Covid 19. Our evening meal was sumptuous and beautifully presented. Excellent value for such fine cuisine. Special thanks to the staff for making this such a wonderful stay. Liam, Josh our lady servers and Mark from Housekeeping all deserve special mention. The Covid compliance and rules are well applied and explained by staff, especially Liam on arrival. It made for a very comfortable stay and we shall definitely be back. Our room Chanterelle was exquisite. Thoroughly recommend.

I don't remember seeing or hearing about a Games Room. Simplest answer is to phone them direct.
