Three nights in the centre of town and this place was well placed to enjoy it. Situated amongst shops and restaurants so plenty of choices for everything you may need. We paid 16 euros per day to park as well. Medium sized room with a nice bathroom with a shower over a bath. Plenty of hot water along with ample toiletries Ironing board/safe/hairdryer/kettle/fridge and large TV amongst other things. The breakfast was excellent with wonderful English speaking staff who will coom your eggs to your taste, and smoked salmon as an extra treat.

Everthing in our room was clean and fresh but there were some annoying factors. The layout of our room (last one at the end of the corridor) was rather odd in that the bed was just a few feet from the door and in a recess opposite there was a desk with the only chair in the room. So there was nowhere to sit except the bed which was rather high. Also every time you tried to open the small trashbin with your foot in the bathroom the whole thing fell over!? A crazy design flaw if I ever saw one 😀 The food was awsome and I recommend this hotel inspite of my comments!

Especially the Verso Restaurant was good. I ate a very good food there. Hotel room was nice. I appreciated the bathroom was good size. I slept well in a bed. The car park was a little bit tight to my friends car.

The room was tidy and staff nice. Location of the hotel was good, in the middle of the centrum. The sound isolation could have been a bit better as our room was next to the lifts, we could hear noises in the middle of the night. Beds were nice and comfy. The breakfast was very tasty, staff polite and also professional. The garage was really small and even for a regular car the turns were really narrow and tight which made the parking quite stressful.

Except for the room decoration which could benefit from a redesign to feel more modern, everything was top notch. Breakfast with fresh ingredients, quality of service, value, location... Definitely a great place to stay downtown Jyväskylä! The restaurant is really good too, high quality food with more than reasonable prices! Highly recommended :)
