Convenient to UBCO, North Kelowna, Lake Country and Kelowna Airport.
Room was clean, the hotel is virtually new, there are several food options on the next block. Kelowna Brewing is close by. Pool and a hot tub as well as breakfast.

This is my first hampton experience as I always default to 4 star hotels for my family travel, I must say I am pleasantly surprised. Hotel is brand new and the staffs are extremely helpful. Decent sized pool and the room (double queen suite) is spacious and comfortable. Kids are having a blast and I am very satisfied with my stay. We will return.

3 adults in a king room with a pullout, first off the hotel is new and nice staff, we get to the large room walk in shower king bed and pull out couch, well we take the couch out and test the pull out bed,,,that is not for anyone to sleep in as the springs shoot into u,
we page downstairs and they say sorry its not comfy for u,,we can send up 4 pillows to lay on the mattress , i said how about a caught bed,,, they say they don't have any, i said ok any queen rooms open, then said sorry all we can do is give u pillows, so we said we can try that, they came do the door with for towels,, said no its pillows, so they come back,,we tried the pillows and no luck so we put it back to the couch and used that, with pillows...we did use the pool and hot tub, u have to share it with 7 others as they allow 10 people max a hour.. strange for that , lucky no one else came in to the pool as it was booked up for 10 full.. the king bed wasn't comfy at all more like sleeping on rocks...not sure for a new pricey hotel, its not worth the money , u do get a nice view of the airport ,and a nice breakfast ,other then that would never stay at any hampton inns ....

Hello rocko, thank you very much for your feedback. I'm sorry we did not meet your expectations. It sounds like were not able to provide a good solution for the pull out couch for you. We have since purchased additional foam coverings that we can provide to guests should they request. I am glad you enjoyed the view and the breakfast.

The room was ideal if you have 3 kids. Nice large room. Good size washroom. I enjoyed the breakfast , I think this offers good value for families. They also have laundry facilities. Most of the staff was friendly . And I felt Covid guidelines are being followed.

However there are a few negative things the pool has sharp texture and cut my daughters foot on the top and bottom . I had to get first aid supplies from the front desk whom did seem overly concerned about this obvious health concern as my daughter did bleed.I also had billing issues that I have not been able to resolve. The rate booked was different than what I was charged. They could see it in the history. But after several calls yet to receive a correct invoice.

This is a new hotel and I think they will work out these issues.

Hi Yyc786, Thank you for providing your feedback. It is great to see that you enjoyed your stay and felt good value was provided. We do look to provide great value for families with breakfast included and rooms with large area's for lots of luggage and items. I was sorry to hear about your daughter. The textured grip on the pool surface is of course to prevent slips but it can be quite rigid especially when brand new. We have surveyed they pool and since filed down any areas we thought were too rigid. We hope to see you back next summer!

Stayed for 2 nights for business. Brand new hotel across from the airport with convenient stores and some restaurants within walking distance. Free wifi provided decent speed for work and video streaming. The lobby and breakfast area were well maintained and I saw staff constantly cleaning in those area. The pool area also has a decent-sized spa tub. The room was typical modern Hampton hardware and the bed was very comfortable. It also has a laptop sized safety box but I couldn't take advantage of it as it only worked once and gave me an error code for low battery afterwards. I notified the front desk the next morning about the safety box when I left for the office, but came back to find a box with new battery in a locked position with its door opened...

The front desk staff were friendly but I was confused by the advice given during check-in. I asked the agent if it was possible to be place me in a King room as I was traveling alone, while my company booked a 2-queen room. I understand that under the HHonors program, room upgrade is not part of the standard benefit for Hampton Inn brand. However, when I asked whether they would consider providing space availability upgrade to their members, I was told they do and the availability is based on membership tiering.

Being their loyal customer with gold status, I was looking forward to be placed in a King room as I just feel odd staying in a 2-queen room by myself. The agent went to the back to check with a supervisor and came back to advise that they do not have any King room available as majority of their rooms are the 2-queen configuration. I thanked her for making the effort. After I settled into my room, I got onto the Hilton app and found inventory for both the King room and the King suite available for same date. Not sure what happened but I rather they tell me they do not provide upgrades. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth.
