Visited briefly. Less than a week.
Nice staff. Went to the restaurant for breakfast at 9:30....but they were on their mobile phones and said "restaurant was closed".
Rooms have large glass windows that open into a PUBLIC corridor. Naturally I had the curtains drawn. Felt like a prison.
Business guests down the hall opted to be loud (drinking?) with their room doors open way past midnight three nights in a row.
Was delighted to leave. They claim to accept credit cards but their handheld card scanners failed. I was advised by the receptionist to go across the street to withdraw CASH Rs. 20,000 from the ATM to pay my invoice.

GRAND TIZU hotel: Room nice, we stayed at the hotel for business and our overall experience was quite good. Great location, nice restaurant in the same building too.we enjoyed meal at Sky Y2 View. The food were really nice. Hope to visit soon.
Had a comfortable 3 nights stay..the room was spacious,good food,high beds..very clean rooms..the room service number never gets picked up so the reception no.was more handy..the see through windows had to have the curtains closed most of the time as it opened to the corridor passage for all the other guest rooms.
Stayed at a double deluxe Room. Room Was very spacious. The staff out there were very courteous and helpful. Room amenities we also OK.
Had a very comfortable stay. :)

stayed there in their Goan suite, the room was spacious.But the room service is really very poor. I had placed order for dinner 1 and half hour before so that i would be getting it on time, but they they took 20 minutes more.Later had called them for clearence and water,But they gave the water and were reluctant in clearing the plates stating they are busy.i was checking out the next day, till than the plates were on the table.Horrible room service.
