From the bottom of the falls to look up, yes this would be possible.

You couldn't get a wheelchair to the top but with some hard work pushing you could get close enough for your wife to appreciate it.

Hello. I wouldn't have thought so, I'm afraid. Although there are some paths that I think would be wheelchair accessible, the path up to the falls is steep and rocky. Even to get to the viewing bridge at the bottom there are quite a few rocks and a few steps too I think if I remember rightly.

She would only be able to look up to the falls. As it's not an easy walk to the top.
