Hello, to answer your questions.

Yes there is a lift, however there are also rooms on the ground floor, so if you asked for a low room I am sure they could accommodate you. The steps are ok, they are very wide and with a slow gradient. The whole hotel has only 2 floors.

There is plenty of parking outside the hotel on the road and a small car park across the (small and quiet) road.

I can only speak about the one bed that we had, but yes it was very comfy, firm but not hard if that makes sense.

The hotel reception speak very good English, if your Spanish is limited. You could telephone them and explain your limited mobility and I am sure they will go out of their way to help your stay be memorable. I cannot speak too highly of the attention we received.

Enjoy your stay.

Yes there is a lift so accessiblity to spa pool area easy and our bedroom was on the ground floor so access to restaurant reception entrance and rear out door terrace area all on same level. Beds comfortable and rooms larger than average. Car parking on quite no through road directory outside reception entrance with just a couple of small steps.
