Is this Hotel going to see these off-putting reviews and ACT upon them i.e. Quality of the Food & Entertainment. I've booked to stay in 5* for 8-13 March 2018 & will expect 5*
There is a wide variety of food I’m a real fussy eater and I was fine with it.
If your all inclusive all bar snacks can be ordered aswell if not it’s very reasonably priced anyway.
Have a nice time hopefully it will live up to expectations I will be going back soon as it was great.
In house entertainment great. Dont miss the clown. Great variety of food judt not hot enough. Book a meal at the italian restaurant opposite for a meal one night
We will be returning for the 6th time in April and the 7th time in Nov. We have no complaints at all
Well we thought it was a lovely hotel. we enjoyed most of the entertainment. food was enjoyable too. it doesnt cost a fortune so we were happy with our 10 day holiday.
I was sceptical before I went in November when I read negative reviews but was pleasantly surprised with the quality of everything. Entertainment and food was very good but typical of Spanish/Tenerife hospitality. My opinion is that this hotel IS 5 star but possibly starting to show its age.
I loved it .
It's a lovely hotel ..... my parents have been there a number of times and I have ..... I would highly recommend.... people expect different things and can complain about different things.
The only thing I can say is the staff can be a bit grumpy which did not spoil my holiday.
I only had bed and breakfast so can't comment on meals but breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. The hotel is spotless. Cleaned rooms every day.
Excellent value for money.
Very good food and entertainment.
the food is not too bad but never hot good selection at breakfast but no poached eggs and no porridge
Staying at the hotel now and not 5* compared to many others we’ve stayed in. Food often luke warm. Loving the winter sun though.
The reviews sum it up quite accurately.
If you go expecting 5 star London or Turkey, you’re going to be disappointed.
it is what it is for Tenerife, very good value, in a very nice area, for just over £100 per person per day - including flights!
You could always book one night at Claridges, for the same money. But I guarantee it’ll be raining!
It’s a buffet but there is a wide choice of food. I have never had anything bad, maybe something not to my taste but you get that everywhere. When we were there a couple of weeks ago there was fresh tuna, fresh salmon, other fresh fish I had never heard of, beef, lamb, pork, all cooked to order. Steaks, chops etc again all cooked to taste. A pasta station where the chef cooks what you want when you want it. Loads of salad stuff. Fresh prawns, crab, oysters. Really they have a huge range then of course, there is the a la carte restaurant. Hope you enjoy.
I certainly wouldn’t rate this as a 5 star hotel. We only booked bed and breakfast, thank goodness. Breakfast was okay but we’ve have expected a better Chaucer and for the food to be hotter even the pool snacks were poor. Hopefully something will be done by the time your holiday comes round in March.
