Hi there, no cafe yet I'm afraid but we do have a kettle in our cabin ;)
It's on the wish list, but first we need to improve our main entrance and signage, then maybe a wee shop & tea room but we are probably looking for the start of the main season 2017.
I love Eaglesham, lovely little village with a great Chinese Restaurant... or at least it was when I stayed in Waterfoot around 20 years ago!!
Thanks to all of you. I am pleased to read that it is being left natural.
No there is no Cafe, it's pretty isolated and only a cabin for the staff who take you to find your plot. It's not too far a drive to Glencoe and there's a lovely little cafe there, we stayed in Glencoe a few years ago and ate there a few times. Very good value for money
No, theres almost nothing. Take a picnic and sit enjoying the views
There is no cafe but if I'm honest I prefer it without, I think a cafe might bring in more visitors but then that would detract from the main purpose of the place which is a small nature reserve with lovely walks. Its nice not to have the signs for ice cream, coffee etc and a busy car park. A large cafe is only a few miles down the road toward Castle Stalker and not that far in the other direction either so I'd take a flask or a picnic and enjoy the walk to the wonderful views from the top of the hill in relative peace.
no,but CASTLE STALKER,about 2-3 mils. toward Oban is a fantastic place to eat.
Unfortunately not, but there's plenty places nearby :)
