AX Seashells Resort at Suncrest Questions & Answers

birmingham

I have booked this hotel for two weeks in June July. After reading some of the reviews I’m dreading it. I was also told this hotel was disabled friendly.

Can’t see you having a problem there. Parts of the pool area are a bit tired, corridors a bit bland but we couldn’t really fault the place. There were people in wheelchairs there and we seen them in all the areas so access must be okay

There is nothing to dread but just don’t expect too much.

At least in June/July it will be warm.

There are ramps for wheelchairs and the lifts would be ok.

I hope you have a good time.

I have been to this hotel over and over and planing to go back this year, they have ramps to get to bat and restaurant and lift to all floors. We have always had such a fab time at this hotel, always find something we like at meal times and entertainment team are very entertaining. I wouldn't see why you wouldn't enjoy it. ☺️

The Hotel has plenty of lift access but there are some steps in the lobby areas with ramps to bypass those, so no worries.

Oh no don’t dread it. There was disabled access ramps and lifts. It wasn’t a bad hotel I would go there again. Personally I just wasn’t impressed by the food. And they were having work done which will probably be done by June. Any problems speak up because when I did they were very good and accommodating. Hope you enjoy your holiday.

There really is nothing to worry about. The hotel is wheelchair user friendly with a ramp to the restaurant and adequate size lifts to all floors. The restaurant staff are very friendly and will assist you in anyway they can, Just go and enjoy yourself. Have a very happy holiday, I am sure you will enjoy Malta enormously.

I noticed that there was a ramp going to the restaurant because there was a customer pushing wheelchair as far as I know.
