Sorry to be so late in answering. Dress code is business casual. Jeans were seen, but too nice for that.
When I was there over July 4 last weekend it was casual. People were in shorts
We were concerned as well but were told by locals that attire can range from shorts and t-shirts to sports coats for men. We saw a little bit of everything. I'd say that short of atheleisure wear you can probably be comfortable in anything.
It's not too fancy. I saw a lady there eating that looked like she had just finished a run so I'd say a tee and pants or shorts would be fine.
For gentlemen I would suggest a collared shirt - a golf shirt is fine, and for the ladies, slacks or skirt with a blouse or a simple dress. It was a hot night when we went so I did see a couple of men in golf shorts. I didn't see anyone there in jeans or t-shirts so I would advise not to wear either.
Sorry for the delay. I would say business casual. I wore a blazer
