The Lion King Questions & Answers

Westchester County, New York

Trying to decide if an aisle seat side orchestra is better than center orchestra row D. Is row D too close? If we decide on the side orchestra, which rows are best? Is one side better than the other? Taking two young children, so trying to get the best view for small people. Thanks!

I bought a more expensive ticket hoping for a better seat but to be honest the whole theatre has great views. We sat orchestra row H left side and saw everything.

We sat in the center section, row C on the aisle (so practically next to side orchestra) and it was incredible! Getting to see the performers right next to you as they go in and out was really cool and my 11-year old daughter loved it! Row D isn’t too close in my opinion. While both sides are probably close to equal, we sat next to right side and had an excellent view. Enjoy the show!

We had orchestra seats, second row, and frankly, I wish we had gotten seats further back. You cannot see the floor of the stage at all. I'm not sure what you miss, but I just felt like row 8 for further back would've been better.

Orchestra left side aisle seat Row K was perfect. Parade with elephant went right by us.

We were in front row mezzanine and had a great view. I don't think there is a bad seat in the house

Front balcony would be my choice! So must to see you really need some height. Stage is often multi levels. ENJOY it was amazing!

We had tickets on right side orchestra and the view was great. The do offer booster seats for the children. If you do get an aisle seat, just to let you know at the beginning and ending of the show, the animals come down the aisles just in case the children might get scared. But it was a great to see the characters come parading down to the stage.

We got tickets dead center in the first row of the balcony. The view was perfect. We could see the entire stage and the sound was great. The only thing that may lack by sitting in the balcony is not being near the performers as they enter the auditorium down the aisles. If we go again, it will be the balcony again.

We got centre tickets for the balcony and was absolutely brilliant seating. We saw everything and the sound was great too. If I’m ever back in New York i’ll go see the lion king again and get the same seats they were that good. You’ll love the show and so will your kids
