We didn't arrive into Newark having got of a cruise but we did go from Downtown Manhattan to Newark on the bus which only costs $36 for 2 people.

If you go onto the Newark Airport web site the details of where to get the bus are there.

The alternative is to get the train from Newark to Penn Station for about the same price.

The train is an option from the airport into Manhattan. I would guess it's cheaper than a cab.

We took a taxi. Seems like it was a bit over $100. There are other options to Manhattan from Newark, but they take quite a while and I think you need to make a transfer along the way. Depending on traffic at the time it can even be a long ride by taxi. Hope this helps!

Hi,

I came from LaGuardia airport via a shared shuttle van. I made a reservation online. I would check into a similar shuttle service from Newark. There are usually several companies to choose from. I did my booking through Expedia. I did a round trip

reservation to and from the hotel.

I think these are the best value for the price. My shuttle service round trip was around $38 from LaGuardia.

There are also private limo or car services, but they are pricey. And also taxis of course.

Good Luck.

Cynthia
