Hi I see at expedia you charge a security/safety deposit of $100/day? IS that correct when you stay 7 nights? That is $700/room?
Yes It is. bud wehave to pay 50 dollars. A night. ? so for 4 nights. thats 200
They took a record/swipe of my Visa card for any future damage or extras but no cash was required. But it may differ from guest to guest. But it definable won't be a nightly deposit for 5, 6 or 7 nights.
I got a direct mail answer from the hotel, it's never more then $150 for the whole stay
Hi No I do not think this is expedia charging for the fee. Other hotels have a $50 fee for the whole stay, others do not have this fee at all.I Expected the hotel also to enlighten me on this issue. Calling from Holland is not the easiest to do.
I have booked directly through the hotel for five trips and never has there been any sort of safety deposit. My guess is that Expedia does that to ensure that they do not lose out if a person cancels. Call the hotel and ask for Rico. He is the manager or still was when I visited in March of this year.
Hi, when I do the reservation, I paid one safety deposit of $100 directly at the hotel. I stayed 4 nights.
We booked through Andrews Hotel not Expedia so, I'm sorry but I do not know. I do t believe we paid a security deposit.
