There are paved and hard-pack paths throughout most of the park and it shouldn't be too difficult seeing most of it via wheelchair.

Yes-Hilo committed to accessibility at this garden. You can park right next to the garden and while not all paths are accessible, the paths next to the ocean front parking will take you all the way through the garden. Coconut island next door also has ramps and both spots have lovely views. You can picnic at coconut island.

Yes they are ADA accessible. Very hilly so hope it's an electrical wheel chair.

Beautiful area not to be missed!

Yes they are. There are some paved areas. When I was there on my tour there was a couple and one had a wheel chair. You will enjoy it.

There is a walkway /sidewalk around the perimeter that is wheelchair acessible, and suffice for viewing. But it would be difficult to get a wheelchair on the small paths in the garden since there are steps to the pagoda, etc.

yes, for the most part the paths are one level. There is only one feature, I can think of, that had stairs and you can easily go around them.

Yes. There's areas you can maneuver your wheel chair. I've seen few folks with a picnic setting up too.
