Sirens Pub Questions & Answers

Spokane Valley, Washington

We have a very sensitive Gluten & Dairy allergy within our party but would like to visit the pub while in the area. Anyone have experience with the place regarding if they can accommodate well? Recommendations on what to order?

Specifics:

Any Hard Ciders on tap?

Are spices used to season burgers Gluten/Dairy free?

Is the Fry Vat just for fries or shared with breaded items?

Anything wheat cooked/toasted on the fired grill?

These are all too hard to ask in a loud bar setting. Any insight would be great! Thanks!

Hello,

I'm happy you are considering coming in.

To answer your specific questions

We always have a NW rotating cider on tap as well as a few in the bottle

We make ever sauce, spread, dressing, etc from scratch so we are able to know precisely what in everything...plus it makes it taste way better!

Non of these seasonings we use have gluten or dairy, however we do not have gluten free buns.

We do grill bread on the same top that we cook our food though we use only one area to do so not the whole grill.

Sadly our fries which have a dedicate frier since we do not like to mix things have a light flour rinse on them to make them extra crispy. We have many gluten free people who eat at the restaurant and have tacos, salmon, steak, cioppino, poppers, chicken skewers and many other things.

I hope this helped

Thanks again

Hi. They do have hard ciders - I believe in bottles. As far as any of the other questions, I am not sure.

They have a large menu with some salads and were very accommodating when we ordered, although we never asked for any gluten-dairy free options, I'm sure they can do something.

As far as drinks go, they have soft drinks, wine, cocktails, coffee, tea, etc.

It's worth a visit even if just for a coffee and conversation in the ambience of the place.

We will go back next time we visit Port Townsend.

I would you contact the Pub to get the answers to your questions. Those are specific questions that people without those problems don't ask. Sorry
