I think so. I’m pretty sure the restaurant caters for people who don’t stay at the hotel.

The pub right next door is where breakfast is served. No doubt you could walk in and buy breakfast if you haven't stayed at the Premier. Breakfast staff were extremely polite and helpful.

The Premier Inn itself doesn't provide breakfast, you have to go to the pub next door. In view of that fact, I would say you could go to the pub and have breakfast even when you haven't stayed at the Inn.

There is a pub next door where the staff are extremely helpful so that is no problem it does get extremely busy Saturday and Sunday mornings
