I'm no expert on gluten-free, but if it just means, as I'm assuming it does, wheat-free, I think there are quite a few options. Quail, pork chops, steak, grilled or broiled seafood. There were several side veggies offered. Also, grits is a side with a couple of dishes--as are potatoes, if those are ok. There is a sample menu online, so take a look. I would imagine some of the sauces and gravies must contain wheat flavor. These folks are really nice, so maybe you could call. I'm sure they would at least be able to rattle off their GF options if not offer substitutions or customize your plate.
