Yes. I was there last week, and it was. It's not overly done, just tastefully so with a lovely tree in the entrance hall, etc.
It is but the house is not fully furnished. So, you won't see over the top decorations on every inch of the house. Also, it was used by the Catholic bishop. So, the house has a chapel with stained glass. So, in a sense, it's decorated all year round.
