Most of it is sidewalk which is great for a wheelchair. There is a few things you can do that has stairs but most of it is sidewalk.

Yes, it is handicap accessible. Honestly, I have to say it is handicap friendly. My mother was in a wheelchair and went through without any issues. This is truly a place for everyone.

yes, this zoo is easily accessible with a wheelchair for the most part. My wife walks with a cane and she did well at this zoo. There are a few spots where you can't take a wheelchair (inside the red panda building and up and down the stairs to see the viewing area for the snow leopard) but there are other spots where you can access with a wheelchair and still see these same animals.

Yes...we pushed a stroller with my grandson thru the whole zoo. Only one part wasn't -we had to climb stairs with the stroller to see some kind of cute koala bear

Pretty much handicap accessible. There might be a few places that are not, but all of the animals, and paths are.
