Recent reviews seem to suggest that air conditioning is not working in the rooms, or not cooling enough, while windows/doors to the outside do not open . Has this been resolved?
No, in that your control over temp is EXTREMELY limited and IF the outside temp is a certain degree that will dictate whether you get heat or A.C. (according to the front desk 12/2027) so you're room really can't be actively cooled or heated.
Humm...I really didn't have an issue with the A/C. But then again, when I was there it was about 35 degrees!
It's a great hotel, I am sure if you called them they would give you a true answer!
Enjoy your stay...
When I traveled it was cold and needed the room to be warmer. Thermostat did not work.
