Jackson, New Jersey

I need first floor for wheelchair access. My wife can't walk up any stairs, please help us out. Is there anything we should know about?

We do have a computer system that allows us to know what room types will be available each day. However, it is not sophisticated enough to tell us which specific rooms will be available. If we have a guest that needs to extend their stay, that effects the availability day to day as well.

Hello,

The only way that we can guarantee a first floor room, is if you reserve an ADA Accessible room. They are all on the first floor. Unfortunately, we don't know what rooms will be available until the day that you arrive. So, in booking an ADA room, you will have the first floor. We are also a unique Red Roof Inn, as we do have an elevator on property as well to assist. We look forward to seeing you soon.

How can you say that you won't know until the day I check in. You have a book or sheet that tells you who is coming and when and what rooms they would be taking. It is a simple question to answer and you do know who will be coming in around the same time as I would be. Again, I look to you all to do the best you can. I would ask you to make an effort.

Thank you,

Stuart

If it takes asking you when I explained the difficulty, why would you ask, If you can set aside an ADA I would appreciate it.

Thank you
