My partner is a smoker so we asked for a smoking room. We got a room with no balcony and we complained, we were told that it WAS a smoking room as it was a room with extra ventilation (but no opening windows or balcony). It
made for an uncomfortable stay. Not sure any of the rooms have balconies but ask!
