Crown Metropol Perth Questions & Answers

me and my family will be staying at Crown Perth soon and I was wondering if I could invite guests for the day and if they will be able to access the Metropol Pool and The Atrium for dinner without staying the night. I wasn’t sure if Crown Perth allow visitors to eat and swim for the day since they won’t have a room key. Also are they able to use mine as a way of they getting in?

They can definitely access the Atrium. It's an open restaurant, not exclusive for hotel guests. When it comes to the pools, I'm not 100% sure, but you can pay for a casual day pass to the pools there if they can't get in

Hi! As with the previous responses - Eating in the Atrium will be no problem - suggest you make a reservation though, depending on which night of the week you intend to eat there. As for the Swimming Pools, yes you will need to be with your friends to allow them access - no access without a room key. Also, the security is stronger at the new swimming pool. Hope you have afabulous stay - I love the Crown.

You can use the pool as a visitor as long as the person staying at the hotel is with you. The room key opens the door to the pool. You can have as many guests as you like. Anyone can eat at any of the restaurants - you do not need to be staying at the hotel.

I can partially answer your question confidently.Anyone can dine at the atrium, but as far as using the pool as a visitor I am unsure, however a phone call or email to the hotel would be in order,we have found the staff at all levels to be extremely friendly and helpful.Using the room key I class as a security issue and only someone with authority would need to be approached regarding that.Sorry I couldn’t be of more help.

I recall the pool area was monitored and I had to use my room card to access the indoor small pool and there were staff on the door to the main large pool. By the way, it should be "My family and I", not "me and my family".

They can have a meal with you at the Atrium as for the pool you will need to contact the hotel.

Yeah you can get day passes for the use of hotel pools. Not sure of cost though. All restaurants are open to the public

Members of the public can access all restaurants at the hotel.

In regards to the pool I’m not sure.
