Fore Street Restaurant Questions & Answers

Maine

Hi All:

RE:"....bakery downstairs...", from T.M.'s review, does that mean one must maneuver stairs to have supper; if so, how many (or is there an elevator)?

Also, curious about distance from parking to front door (+/- Handicap. pkg. spaces)?

Finally....are there cushioned seats available?

~Thank you one & all~

Restaurant and Bakery are separate businesses, within same bldg. No elevator available. There is very close hcap pking available both front of bakery and on the street near restaurant above.

Bakery has no cushioned seats, just small outdoor seating area with tables and couple benches.

I don't remember there being a downstairs; I only saw the one level. There is parking on the street and across the street in several different lots. Not sure about handicapped spaced. Since we ate in the bar area, I don't know if there are cushioned seats or not.

My recollection is there are upstairs and downstairs seats. Not sure about parking as we walked from our hotel. Not sure about cushioned seats or elevator. Worth a call as they seemed very friendly.
