I stayed there 30th April for 2 nights. The rooms were prepaid through Hotelscom and they preauthorized an amount of USD 379.80 on my credit card. It was hold on my card for incidentals I might incur during my stay.

Eva.

I checked with the Front Desk:

If it is a pre-paid reservation they will charge as a deposit the $40 resort fee and $150 security for each day you plan to stay.

Not pre-paid, they will charge the complete room charge, resort and security fee for your stay upon check-in.

You should have the estimated amount in your account or its credit line so you are not declined.

I hope this helps.

Hi Eva --

I booked the room through Jetsetter. I had a daily "resort" fee of around $42, then another "deposit" of over $150 per day. I remember a "pending" credit card charge of ~$550 that was completely reversed when I settled up my bill at checkout. My stay was 3 nights.

I had to ask the front desk during my stay what the "pending" charge was since I was confused as well.

Hope this helps.

Matt
