Bend, Oregon

I would like to know exactly how one gets to the lifts at Snowmass from Stonebridge Inn. If one has to walk-how far? is it a shuttle ride-how long?

Hello - I am responding from the Stonebridge Inn team. Our property is located 50 yards from the slope. From our front door you turn left and walk to the ski run - located halfway between the Base Village and the Village Mall. From there you can ski down to either the Village Express Chair or the Elk Camp Gondola. Hope this helps!

The lift to take you to the shops is less than a block away, and then maybe about two blocks to the closest ski lift.

You walk out the hotel front door, turn left, go up a short stair and walk about 1000 ft. down an alleyway to the slope. You can ski down to the Village express. If you want to go to the gondola you need to hike up just a little bit so you can cross the hill to the other side. I suppose you could have them shuttle you to the Village center

My apologies. We have always gone to the Stonebridge Inn in the summer. I'm 67 and I wouldn't want to walk it. It would be a longish uphill walk carrying your equipment; however, I know they have a shuttle. You would be well advised to call them and just make sure the shuttle would take you up the hill. I'm quite sure they would. They have a delightful staff, every one of whom is eager to please. Don't miss the Doc Eason magic show; he is truly amazing to young and old alike!
