Yes you are charging fraudulent charges. We stayed in the large cabin oct 31, 2017. It was not on the original estimate. Be careful people. They are rude. Carpets are filthy too
As with all groups, these guests were charged a security deposit which is in their contract and was returned to them in a timely manor.
This cabin has new hardwood floors in most of the cabin and the bedroom carpets are professionally cleaned each season or more often as needed. Their group stayed two times and the charges were the same.
