Hi

There was heavy rain the day we were there and water was running in but it wasn't too bad, you can stand upright the whole time and its wide enough to take 2/3 people abreast.

At one point they turn the lights out and play a loud explosion sound but it only lasts 10 seconds.

Hope this helps

I certainly didn't, but I never feel that way so. However, I'd say that, if a person has the tendency for that, then yes, he/she might feel claustrophobic. The tour goes through tunnels and small caves, in a dark and damp environment. And to be honest once you're in there, unless you're pretty good with keeping directions in your head, you can easily get confused with regards to where the exit is etc. Hope that doesn't put you off from going there though :).
