I also requested to book air ticket first and shown them the air ticket billing and name of participate . After that issued an invoice to us to pay refundable deposit of usd450 within 15 mins. If you didn't pay within 15 mins. They cancel the reservation.

Please contact the Resort via our info email address and we will be able to assist with your query. Although we do not have controls over air tickets nor do we have rates which are unconditional in a 15 minute period.

Hi Emily. As someone who has stayed and subsequently recommended SeaPearl, I am a little confused. I was not aware that the resort facilitated air ticket bookings. I would recommend following the request and offer from Scott. I found him to be singularly helpful on our recent stay there. I would strongly urge you to confront the airline or travel agent you were booking through. If you don't get satisfaction then perhaps the consumer protection agency in your home state.
But, please take the time to engage with Scott and let him offer solutions. Andy
