Looking at booking this hotel, which rooms are the better, don't need the massive rooms, want balcony or direct pool access / pool view

If any one has used them for massage etc how are there prices compared to out and about Legian

Thanks in advance

The standard room is probably what you are after. I found the ground floor ones a little noisy with stomping above...but it depends if you want to climb stairs to your room every time you go there. Balcony over the pool is lovely...but the gardens are nice everywhere...so any balcony would probably be fine. The spa is pricier for a massage than the ones around Legian..but only slightly..and the massage was amazing.

Hope that helps

Hi, Sorry. It may be too late to answer but Block S and SG all have rooms that overlook the pool and seemed to me to be a bit more peaceful with fewer people having to walk by to get to the beach or restaurant.

Massage plae was booked up so had to go elsewhere. But shop around for massages, Prices vary wildly.

We stayed in Block Y which overlooks the larger pool. This pool tends to be quieter than the smaller pool, probably because there is not a swim-up bar or a dedicated child pool area. We did find that the amount of chlorine used in both pools was a little excessive, but that is a very small gripe.

If you want direct pool access you are better with Block S or SG, These are on either side of the smaller pool which as a swim up pool bar. The other blocks are next to the bigger pool but not direct pool access though Y Block could be classed as direct pool access. The massages in the hotel spa are a little more expensive than outside but there are plenty of spas in the street opposite.
