Hi - What is the difference between the B&B and superior hotel rooms?
I know this! the B&B rooms don't have tea making facilities and are in the garden block. nice and cool. The superior are in the pool block. next to bar. for a quieter option and cheaper I would opt for B&B. ask them to make sure room is aired before you get there.
To answer your question I will tell you as much as I know/have seen as I have never stayed in a B&B room, just looked in to see what are the physical differences. B&B rooms are a) smaller. b) darker, and, c) the attached bathrooms have only half-doors, viz, they start at the height of a person's thighs and end at the top of the chest. Any differences, beyond the physical, are easily read on GB's website. In my opinion, and I am usually unaccompanied, the size and the light and the bathroom retaining the ability to be completely private, of the Superior rooms, attracts me.
The Superior rooms are larger, and better appointed and situated by the Swimming pool, a much better choice if you are staying a while but if you just want a Bed for the Night go the B&B
Hope this helps
Superior rooms are much nicer, but the boutique rooms are also quite nice and a bit more private.
Thanks all. I did not see any explanation of the difference in rooms, other than price, on the website.
As stated before, B&B is a good option if you don´t plan to stay the whole day on the premises. Anyway rooms are big and decoration nice. ;-)
