The hotel looks wonderful. I'm looking to stay for 8 weeks. How would I do laundry? Is there a self-service washing machine?
No self service machine but we have a laundry service
I had my laundry done at the hotel and still much cheaper than what you will pay in Europe. It will definitely be a better deal outside but didn't want to go through all the hassle of finding a place.
There is a small laundry along the street from the hotel which is very good. It's called 'Sunday'. If you go out of the hotel and up the road to the barrier - turn right and it's about half way along towards the main road.
It looks like a typical small Cambodian restaurant where they grill fish and meat outside. The staff (husband/wife) are friendly and speak pretty good English. We've used them for two months and are very happy. They'll iron everything and a normal load will cost about $2/2.5 including ironing! Must be cheaper than hotels!
The hotel offers a laundry service which is reasonably priced. We only used it once and we had no issues with the service.
Hope you have a great time
Cannot answer your question. Room Service incl laundry is available at costs. I would look for a laundry service outside of the hotel. Reception is very helpful and can answer any question pretty promptly if you email them in advance
Alternatively my cousin uses a laundromat just up the road which is cheaper.
The hotel has a laundry service, they send items out to a local company. We have used it and it's very good.
I don't know if they have a laundry service, but I do know they will answer any question pretty promptly if you email them directly. I had a few questions before we went and they responded and were very helpful. Great English too- which was nice!
Laundry is done as a service only and relatively expensive. For a long stay you may be better off looking for a laundromat or a non-hotel service.
They offer a laundry service but it is very expensive. You would need to use a laundromat. There are many in Phnom Penh, probably very close by to the hotel.
No, but there is a service they use nearby. It comes back the same day if you drop your washing off before 10am. Doesn't cost a fortune either.
