Alcyone Hotel Residences Questions & Answers

London, United Kingdom

Hi, one review has commented that the apartments can be a bit noisy during the day. As we are booked in for a 9 day stay late Dec/Jan I wanted to know how much noise we should expect? Is the pool area quiet and does it have sun loungers as we are likely to spend quite a bit of time by the pool. Lastly my relatives will come and visit - is there anywhere they can park and if it costs please can you let me know the price.

many thanks

Hi Kelly

Thank you for your confirming your stay at Alcyone Hotel Residences, we are looking forward to welcoming you soon.

We have not had a lot of feedback on noise, so i would think it was a one off. The Pool area is fantastic and we do have sun lounges around the pool as well as seating where the BBQ facilities are.

We do have complimentary parking for visitors for up to 2 hours, alternatively there is a parking at Portside Wharf where Alcyone is located.

Kind regards

Hi Kelly, while my wife and I stayed at the Alcyone recently we were always out and about during the day so I can't comment on the daytime noise level. However there are a lot of road works and other building projects happening near the hotel at the moment so it would have to be somewhat noisy. (I suggest that you ask for a higher floor, to be further away from any road noise) We partially over looked the pool area during our stay and I never saw it being used, so yes it was quiet. The pool is on the side of the hotel exposed to the road works, so it would be affected by some noise during the day. Regards your other queries I would suggest that you get in contact with the hotel management directly. They are very helpful.
