Dear Guest,

You have available a shopping list with the following products:

Selection of breakfast items (bread, eggs, bacon, cheese, etc.)

Selection of drinks (milk, coffee, juices, wine, beer, water, etc.)

Selection of hygiene and cleaning items (toothpaste, toothbrush, washing powder, soap, etc.)

Please feel free to contact the hotel and we will send you the complete product list for your information.

Looking forward to welcome you soon.

Kind Regards,

Joana Belo - Customer Care at Tivoli Victoria & The Residences at Tivoli Victoria.

We booked with an online travel site not the hotel so weren't offered a pack ( would have been good to know though) they left us 2 bottles water at 3.50 euros each BUT if you join their loyalty club ( just an email subscription for a points scheme if you stay in their hotels again) they won't charge you for the water and you get free internet . Just another note - the kitchen we had didn't have any of the basics such as dish cloth washing up liquid or salt/pepper etc but that could just be different in each apartment .

I emailed reception and they sent me a shopping list. I ticked what I wanted, added quantities and it was all in the apartment on our arrival. We ordered rolls, butter, wine, coke, coffee, beans, eggs, cheese...enough to keep us going for a couple of lunch/breakfasts until we went to the supermarket. It was really helpful but possibly worked out dearer than equivalent shopping in supermarkets.
