the main area is but country walks might prove a bit difficult.
Yes I would call it wheelchair accessible. Their are ramps and the outdoor areas are mostly paved etc, there are disabled parking spaces right at the entrance too. If it's busy they open an overflow car park don't be guided in there, let the parking attendants know you are a wheelchair user
About the park up the top yes and around the cafe ok with wheel chair But you will never manage down the bottom and walks via forest as it's all hard-core and bark paths so push a wheelchair will be a nightmare So stay up top end beside the swings and cafe
It's is a country park so dependant on wheel chair access will be mixed main areas are ok. .Though I would contact park directly as they are obliged to make the park as accessible as possible to all
