To Dav_SolPel resort rep' please tell us what we can expect, what will the pool view that we have paid extra for be, empty pool, noisy building site etc. Also have you charged Jet 2 less for hotel rooms while the work is going on?because if so they should refund us if we choose to come.
Hi, we think you have to raise your questions to Jet2, they are ready give you all information and the chance to change hotel if you don't want to stay here during the maintenance works. Regards.

In addition to the answer of your resort representative, you should get in touch with the Pelicanos Ocas directly now and ask them when they had informed Jet 2 of their refurbishment works. You can then use that information to tackle Jet 2 and either get a full refund or for them to arrange a different hotel, which they must give you a chance to research before saying yes. If Jet 2 are giving you the run around you must persist to get the full value for your money you have already spent with them. Best wishes in sorting this problem out to your full satisfaction.
